By accessing and by using the website, you agree to enter into the legal agreement between you and MotorComplex (www.motorcomplex.com).You thereby also agree to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the website (www.motorcomplex.com). You must comply with all the terms and conditions without making any alteration, addition or deletion to these terms otherwise,MotorComplex reserves the right to refuse granting access to the website. Once you have deleted any content of the Featured ad(prior to the end of preceding sentence) it is no responsibility of MotorComplex to display such deleted content anymore. MotorComplex in any way, is not responsible and should not be placed as trustable relating to any content that may be posted on the website, transmitted through or linked to the website.
3) Eligibility For Membership
MotorComplex wants to make sure that all its members are able to form legally binding contracts. Therefore we allow the access, usage and membership only to the person whose age is 18 years. The access, usage or membership to the site is not available to anyone whose age is under 18 years. You represent that you are minimum of 18 years of age before you access, use or become a member of the website. MotorComplex reserves the right to limit or even withdraw the access, usage or membership to the website (www.motorcomplex.com) if it (MotorComplex) believes that the user is under the age of 18 years and the website will not be available to the persons whose membership is suspended or withdrawn by it. You are also not allowed to maintain more than one account for whatsoever any reason. Even in the situation where your account is suspended by MotorComplex, you will need our permission before creating another account.

You should also know that your access to the website is temporary and not permanent, and it can be revoked at any point of time by us (MotorComplex) without any notice. You should also keep in mind that MotorComplex at its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or amend your right to access to the website without giving any notice. In addition you are also prohibited from collecting any information of other users such as contact numbers, email address, or location address. MotorComplex holds no responsibility of any kind against any loss, damage, theft, loss of life or a fraudulent activity which may arise from your usage of any third party links on its website (www.motorcomplex.com).These are third party links which are placed for your information only and MotorComplex do not have any control over the contents or resources of those sites. Hence you will be solely responsible for getting into any such negative condition.
8) Infringement
MotorComplex strongly prohibits posting of any content that infringes the rights of third parties. This includes the content that infringes on the intellectual property rights such as patent, trademark, copy right, any international, national federal or other intellectual property laws applicable in U.A.E.
Entitle parties can report any offers which may infringe on their rights and submit MotorComplex (www.motorcomplex.com) in the correct manner and we (MotorComplex) may investigate the allegation and conclude whether to remove or request the user to remove the content. You may also come forward and report on offers that do not comply to the terms and conditions and we (MotorComplex) shall follow the preceding sentence drill.
Last but not the least, we, MotorComplex holds no responsibility or liability for any content posted by any user that infringes your proprietary rights and for performance or non-performance of such activities. MotorComplex may, but is under no obligation whether to monitor or screen any content and hold no liability or responsibility for the same.
9) No Warranty Disclaimer
MotorComplex provides the Site and its services on an"as is" and"as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind whether express or implied,including but not limited to warranties of title,merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security,accuracy and non-infringement. MotorComplex is not responsible or liable for the posting of any unlawful,defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or indecent information, or materialof any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person. Weare further not liable for any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence,give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law. Apart from viruses and other harmful material that may damage your computer system,its data, its programs, including proprietary material due to your usage of the website (www.motorcomplex.com) or to your downloading of any content or material posted on it or any website linked to it, we are also not liable for any losses or damages resulting to you due to any content or material displayed on the website or any goods or services attained through the website.

11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us (MotorComplex) its directors, employees, officers and agents, harmless from any and all claims,actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, proceedings,costs, expenses,including legal costs and expenses, alleging or resulting from your use or misuse of the website or any content, or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions, or privacy policy or your violation of any law or the rights of the third party.
12) Online Platform For Communication
MotorComplex is just an online platform for buyers, sellers,consumers and community members. The items that you find posted on our (MotorComplex) website are not directly posted by us (MotorComplex). MotorComplex does not buy or sell items. We (MotorComplex) are not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between two users of the Site and cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction or accept the return of an item or provide any refund for the same. We further do not hold responsibility for other users' content, actions, or in actions, or items or Information they list or post or the destruction of allegedly fake items. MotorComplex is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the buyer sand sellers.
MotorComplex does not guarantee any item listed on website or any transaction between the buyers and sellers and is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance, losses, damages or process payment on behalf of buyers and sellers. We cannot be held liable or responsible in anyway for any interactions or dealings between you and other users of the website delays as a result of items which are unavailable. We do not perform any service of storage,warehouse, ship or deliver any kind of item which is listed on our website. We also never collect. We do not guarantee and do not have any control over the safety, quality, legality of items advertised, truth or accuracy of user’s content or listings, the ability of sellers to sell items,or the ability of buyers to pay for items.
MotorComplex excludes all implied warranties, terms and conditions and are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special,indirect or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly,out of your use of or your inability to use the website. Your usage to website acknowledges that we do not monitor, verify or approve content and that you are solely responsible for verification of accuracy and for evaluation of any content posted on the website.

13) Termination
In the event of any breach of terms and conditions, we, MotorComplex at its sole discretion, without giving any notice, reserve the right to terminate,suspend or block you from accessing and using the website. If required, MotorComplex at any point of time may delete your content from the website without your consent and it (MotorComplex) is not liable to you or to a third party for either deletion of your posted content on the website or termination of your access to it. In such a situation you agree that you will not try to use the website (www.motorcomplex.com) without our permission.
14) Resolution Of Disputes
If any dispute arises between you and MotorComplex, we (MotorComplex) firstly will try to resolve the dispute in an amicable and informal manner for which you can contact us through our “Contact Us” page. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
15) Breach Of Terms And Conditions
MotorComplex encourages you to come forward and report it (MotorComplex) any violations or breach of terms and conditions by third parties so that necessary steps can be taken against them which will ultimately help us to keep the environment at MotorComplex (www.motorcomplex.com) secure.
16) General
The use or access to the website (www.motorcomplex.com) confirms your acceptance that although these terms and conditions are in electronic format,nothing in any way affects their validity or enforce ability.These terms and conditions, including the amendments from time to time, sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and us (MotorComplex) with respect to the subject matter hereof. You shall not, without MotorComplex’s consent,assign any part or parts of these terms and conditions but we (MotorComplex)may assign these terms and conditions immediately upon posting a notice of such assignment on the website. In case if we do not enforce any particular right or action, including delay in enforcing, certainly does not mean that we will waive our right to do so in the future. In the event of any of the terms and conditions struck down by a court, such term/terms in particular may be altered to the extent reasonably necessary to make it/those as valid, legal and binding while the rest of the terms and conditions may remain intact.
17) Fee and Charges
a) The registration and placing of advertisement is completely free on MotorComplex (www.motorcomplex.com) except for Featured adpost, except Featured ads.
b) You can buy and sell anything under the options available on the website absolutely free except for Featured Ad category where the seller has a posting fee while buyer does not have to pay anything.
c) The amount charged for Featured postings is 8.99/USD per featured post to the seller but the buyer is not liable to pay anything to MotorComplex for viewing these ads.
d) You agree that you may be subjected to foreign currency fee by your bank for using the card for doing transaction in USD from AED card or may be different currency exchange rate set by Paypal. MotorComplex has no control on such things and must not be held liable for any additional charge.
e) Motor Complex does not store any card details of the members.
f) MotorComplex will not be responsible for any additional charges charged on your credit card by your bank.
g) Users wishing to list Featured ad on the website will be directed to a third-party payment processing site(which here is paypal). Upon receipt of a payment confirmation from the third-party payment processing site, MotorComplex shall list the advertisement to the appropriate section of the website.
h) The payment in case of single advertisement has to be done by credit card only while we have special packages where in payments are done by check via a commercial contract and must be paid for by the originator of the paid and you must be authorized to use the payment method you select.
i) The credit cards that can be used are Visa,Master and American express only.
j) In respect to individual advertisement,MotorComplex, under no circumstances shall be obliged to refund any payments.
k) The accounts under the package plan have additional benefits compared to individual listings.
l) To apply one of our banner special packages,you should contact MotorComplexat support@MotorComplex.com.MotorComplex at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any application for a special package with or without a valid reason.
m) There is a separate contract for Special packages in which all the additional legal and commercial terms and conditions are mentioned which has to be followed by MotorComplex and special package account holders. Besides Terms and conditions mentioned in the legal contract,the special package holders are also subject to all these terms and conditions.
n) In the event of non-receipt of episodic payment, MotorComplex at its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend your special package account/s and/or may also remove all your posted contents that may have been posted by using any of your special package account/s until the delinquency is cleared up to date. This also includes any additional charges or processing fees that may have been reasonably incurred by MotorComplex due to your non-payment.
o) You are solely responsible for all your payments before the due date crosses. Failing to do so, will result in disruption of your special package account.
p) In the event of delinquency not cleared up to date, MotorComplex may further (after suspension of special package account) legally/validly, with these terms and conditions besides theterms and conditions of special package account, cancel the special package account and will not be liable to any refunds.
q) MotorComplex at its sole discretion, reserves the right to increase or decrease the postings rates without any prior notice and agrees to notify (by email) the special package account holders about the same.
r) The special package accounts can be cancelled at any time from the period from the date stated on the special package contract. If you decide to do so for any reason,MotorComplex will not liable for any amount of refund. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice period MotorComplex will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to list additional properties for sale and/or rent on the Website.
s) You agree not to abuse the standard process by which MotorComplex operates its Ad posting facilty, which has free unlimited ads. Therefore you agree not to do the following:
· General disruption of the normal process that MotorComplex has in place
· Spamming the ad sections with multiple postings of the same content/advertisement
· Scraping information from listings
In case, if you are found violating the above mentioned restrictions, MotorComplex in its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend your account for a period of 1 week. If such volition is found again after completion of first sentence, i.e suspension of 1 week, MotorComplex at it's sole discretion reserves the right to cancel your account.
If you are holding a special package account and are found violating any of the above mentioned restriction or any aspect of these terms and conditions, at first violation your account will be suspended for a period of 1 week and for repeating the violation for the second time, MotorComplex at its sole discretion, without any further warning or REFUND, reserves the right to cancel your special package contract, remove the paid postings from the website and/or take necessary steps to prevent such person/s from accessing the website.
Upon deactivation of your account/special package account, MotorComplex will be under no obligation to offer any refund in respect of any unused postings or unexpired time period. The post-dated cheques/security cheques (in case of special package account holders) in possession of MotorComplex may be returnedor destroyed after all due amount owed to MotorComplex have been cleared up.
t) MotorComplex, under no circumstances, is responsible or liable for the supposed success or failure of any posted content whether in Featured section or any other section of the website.
u) It is the sole right of MotorComplex to display the posted content on the website for such a period as determined by itself, from time to time and for the relevant section of the website where such content was updated ( e.g., Cars ads, Number Plate ads). Once you have deleted any content from any section (prior to the end of preceding sentence) it is no responsibility of MotorComplex to display such deleted content anymore.
v) To clarify anymore remaining doubts, these terms and conditions (for posting paid content) shall be considered as category of content and these terms and conditions shall apply equally to paid content, content and originators of both.
w) MotorComplex at its sole discretion, reserve the right to start charging for posting content in any section,from any given time, without any prior notice.
18) You agree that you will not post, email or make available any content that is objectionable to MotorComplex or is against the laws and regulations. Hence you agree not to do the following:
· You will not post any content that is unlawful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, abusive, invasive,fraudulent, misleading, false, deceptive or any content or information that is harmful to minors.
· You will not post any sexually explicit, perverse, pornographic or any kind of nudity content
· You will not post items you do not have right to link or include on our website
· You will not post any information or content in an inappropriate category or areas on our website
· You will not post a content which is critical to any municipal or government employee in any jurisdiction or impersonates any other person
· You will not post any content of political nature
· You will not post any content that is anti-Islamic or in any way offensive towards Islam
· You will not post any content that is racist in nature or any content that is discriminatory towards any religion, nationality, creed, gender or to any other individual or group.
· You will not post Information or content or list items which may (in our sole discretion) threaten national security
· You will not post stolen or counterfeit items.
· You will not distribute any viruses, chain letters, pyramid schemes, content of spam, or any other technology that may harm interest or property of MotorComplex and its users.
· You will not infringe any third party rights besides harvesting or collecting information of other users which includes their email addresses and contact numbers for any purpose without their consent.
· You will not contact any buyer or seller of a content who does not wish to be contacted by you.
· You will not disclose or publicize any personal information of any user which (in our sole discretion)may constitute a breach of privacy and/or applicable laws.
· You will not violate any laws, rules, regulations, third party rights or our policies
· You will not post any information or content of any person/s that personally identifies him/them without his/their permission
· You will not use any misleading contact details
· You will not post any information or content that violates any law or regulation of the country that you are selling from or to
· You will not post any information or content that will impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or disrupts the normal working of the website
· You will not challenge to gain unauthorized access to the website, the server on which the website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the website
In addition to the above mentioned restrictions, MotorComplex at its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove any information or content that it feels is not fit to the applicable laws or regulations without giving any prior notice. MotorComplex may also take necessary steps against such person/s and prevent him/them from accessing the website.
19) Amendment Of Terms
You acknowledge and agree that we (www.motorcomplex.com/) MotorComplex at its sole discretion and without any liability, reserve the right to update,revise supplement and otherwise amend these terms and conditions at any time and can also bring in additional rules, policies or any term or condition on your use of the website. All such additional terms will be effective immediately and combined into these terms and conditions. These terms and condition might also be changed wholly or partially, which includes addition or removal. This clause will serve as reference based on which any such additional terms can be incorporated into these terms and conditions. Your continued usage of the website confirms that you accept all such additional terms.
20) Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of these Terms and conditions for any reason.
Use Of The Site
You agree that you will not post, email or make available any content that is objectionable to MotorComplex or is against the laws and regulations. Hence you will not do the following:
· You will not post any content that is unlawful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, abusive,invasive,fraudulent, misleading, false, deceptive or any content or information that is harmful to minors.

· You will not post items you do not have right to link or include on our website
· You will not post any information or content in an inappropriate category or areas on our website
